Things business owners ask first

Do I need to be a registered business?

No. We work with sole proprietors filing under their personal name as well as registered businesses, partnerships, and incorporated companies.

Do you do online (cloud) bookkeeping?

Yes — we work with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, and other cloud platforms. We can also work entirely offline with paper records if that's what fits your business.

Are you only available during business hours?

We're available seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM. Email or call any time during those hours — we'll respond same day.

What if my books are a complete mess?

That's a common starting point. We do data cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping regularly. Bring what you've got and we'll work through it together.

Do you handle payroll for small teams?

Yes. Payroll runs, source deductions, ROEs, and year-end T4s for businesses with up to about 15 employees.

How do you charge?

Pricing depends on volume and complexity — number of transactions, payroll, HST filings. We give you a flat monthly quote up front so you know what you're paying.
